  • other persons and entities – for purposes related to the preparation and conclusion of a developer agreement and in cases provided for by the law;
  • entities which will provide services in the field of administration of the housing community to which the apartment buyer will join.

The Controller shall not transfer the personal data to third countries or to international organisations.

The Controller shall apply appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring the security of personal data provided by the users, in particular preventing third parties to access them or their processing in breach of the law, preventing the loss of data, their damage or destruction.
Every user has the right to:
